Devout Couple's Jyothirlinga yatra by Road-1

This is Raghava Rao submitting the first part of 15 part Jyothirling yatra. I have so far visited 7 Jyotirlinga Kshetras viz., Srisailam, Kedarnath, Triambakeswar, Parli Vaidyanath, Ghrishneswar, Kasi Visveswar, Rameswaram. What remained are Bhima Shankaram, Mahakaleswaram, Omkareswaram, Nageswaram and Somanadheswaram.

Vithoba Temple Pandharpur

One must visit Phandarpur to get a rare chance to touch Lord Vithala or Krishna's feet. Its the the spriritual capital of Maharashtra due to the atmosphere of reverence created by the Lord of the masses - Vithoba. The temple and the interwoven rituals and practices inherrent in Maratha region has made Vithoba the Kuldaivat of Maharashtra. The holy town of Pandharpur is located along the Bhima/Chandrabhaga river in Solapur District.

Somnath Jyothorlinga Temple

Somnath means "The Protector of Moon God". The Somnath JyothirlingaTemple situated near veraval in Gujarath on Aarabian sea is known as "the Shrine Eternal" because it has been destroyed 6 times and rebuilt 6 times. Considered to be the richest temple in medieval times was recently rebuilt in November 1947, when Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel visited the area for the integration of Junagadh and mooted a plan for restoration. After Patel's death, the rebuilding continued under K. M. Munshi, another minister of the Government of India.

Baba Baidyanath Temple Deoghar Jharkhand

The Baba Baidyanath temple complex consists of the main temple of Baba Baidyanath, where the Jyotirlingam is installed, is at Deoghar in Jharkhand. This island compasses two hills and is divided in such a manner that it appears like an Om. Situated on the confluence of river Narmada and Kaveri, idraws thousands of tourists and lakhs of devotees from all across the world. It is located at a distance of about 12 miles from Mortakka in Madhya Pradesh

Vimal Vasahi Temple Dilwara

Vimala Vasahi Temple is an ancient Adinath Jain Temple in Dilwara group of Temples, at a distance of 2.5 km from Mount abu in Rajasthan. Considered a marvel in marble-even better than Taj Mahal, took 1500 sculptors and 1200 laborers and fourteen years to complete. The bronze figure of Adinath wears a gem necklace and has eyes made of precious stones. The temple is said to have cost 180 million rupees.

Kamakhya Temple Guwahati

The Kamakhya Temple located on the Nilachal Hill in western part of Guwahati city in Assam, is one of the most important Shakti shrines in India. Kashi Vishwanth Temple Varanasi

Benares is also considered to be one of the Shakti Peethas of India. It is believed that the left hand of Sati fell at Varanasi, and that Annapurna or Visalakshi represent the Shakti Peetham here.

Badrinarayan Temple Badrinath

Badrinath is one of the holiest Hindu temples. It's dedicated to god Vishnu. The temple and town are one of the four Char Dham and Chota Char Dham pilgrimage sites. It is also one of the 108 Divya Desams, holy shrines for Vaishnavites. The temple is open only six months every year(April end to beginning of November) due to extreme weather conditions in the Himalayan region.
